Introduction

Biscuiterie Seghers - Euro Pâtisserie has drawn up a code of conduct that applies to all its own locations (office and production sites). Biscuiterie Seghers - Euro Pâtisserie operates within all applicable laws, rules and regulations. This code of conduct contains core requirements with which we comply.

Policies, procedures and systems are designed to prevent unethical business practices, including, but not limited to, human rights violations, money laundering, fraud, bribery, corruption and other improper payments or inducements.

Our staff's working hours, wages and overtime comply with all applicable laws. Employees receive at least the statutory minimum wage or a wage that meets industry standards, whichever is higher. While it is clear that overtime may be necessary, work should be organised in such a way that overtime is limited to a level that ensures humane and productive working conditions.

All relevant laws regarding the minimum age of employees and all other applicable laws regarding child labour are complied with. Suppliers must ensure that they monitor their supply chain to confirm this compliance.

We provide appropriate health and safety training and make resources available to prevent accidents, injuries and ill health at work.
